Every thing was very good during the service it seemed. It was when I was driving home I found the technician or service person cleared the "engine air filter life monitor & reset it after changing out the cabin air filter. These are two different things and the engine air filter monitor should not have been reset to 100% life. I took care of the mistake that same night and put in a new air filter at home.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and asked that they check out a ticking noise. The recall was on the engine. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was told to pay the balance at the cashier. I mentioned this service was for a recall so there should be no balance. He said they charged me to check the engine noise I mentioned when I dropped off the vehicle. It would have been nice for them to explain there was an additional charge to check an engine noise.

Everyone is professional and friendly! The facility is clean and bright. I especially appreciated the inspection video that was texted to me. Advisor Jack Altwies was great; shared some suggested maintenance (cabin filter and fuel injector cleaner) that needed to be done, but didnāt pressure me when I declined since I am able to perform those tasks myself.
